Description

As a member of Collabera's Finance team, you will be responsible for preparing, analysis and reporting financial data to help the company make informed decisions and timely report to both internal and external stake owners. 

What would you be doing?

  • Assist in monthly financial reporting for senior management encompassing revenue, expense, headcount and other labor related expenses. Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results.
  • Assist the controller team with audit preparation and intercompany reconciliation
  • Perform deep dive expense analysis on key SG&A items at cost center level.
  • Work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
  • Present findings or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
  • Monthly reporting of actual vs budgeted and variance analysis for consumption of various functional heads
  • Tracking of by customer revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Interface with various internal systems to extract data for client margin analysis 
  • You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.

What you will need to succeed in the role?

  • Ample understanding of financial jargons and Revenue/Margin.
  • Ability to work with within set deadlines.
  • Be a self-starter who can manage a range of competing priorities and projects.
  • Well versed with Excel and power point presentations.
  • Excellent communication and Email etiquette.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance & Accounting.
  • 2 years+ relevant experience.
