Designation – Executive – Finance & Accounts

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive - Finance & Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, experience in performing complex reconciliations, and proficiency in Excel. A keen willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Perform complex bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reconciliation tasks.
  • Utilize Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
  • Create and maintain financial models and spreadsheets.
  • Use advanced Excel functions and formulas to streamline processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.
  • Seek opportunities for professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops.

Desired Skill/Experience:

  • Proven experience of atleast 3 years in accounting and financial reconciliation.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Accounting/ CA (Inter equivalent)
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
