We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller who can communicate effectively with clients, provide information about our real estate projects and offers, handle customer inquiries, and schedule site visits or appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company projects or promotional offers.
  • Follow up with interested leads and convince them for site visits or meetings.
  • Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
  • Achieve daily and monthly call targets as per company standards.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & basic English).
  • Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, calling tools, etc.).
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
