Job Summary:

The Store Keeper will assist in the daily operations of the store, including receiving, storing, issuing materials, and maintaining accurate stock records. This role is ideal for a fresher or entry-level candidate interested in learning store and inventory management in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving and verifying incoming materials and components.
  • Help in maintaining proper storage and labeling of materials.
  • Support in issuing materials to production as per requirement.
  • Maintain material entry and issue records in Excel or manual registers.
  • Conduct basic stock counting and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Keep the store area neat, clean, and organized.
  • Coordinate with production and purchase teams for daily store activities.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of store operations or willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel / basic computer usage.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and disciplined work habits.
  • Physically active and responsible in handling materials.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC / ITI / Diploma (any stream).
  • Training or internship experience in store or inventory function is an added advantage.
