Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper from the real estate or construction sector to manage site-level inventory and ensure effective material control.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with internal teams to support seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials in line with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock registers and system records.
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, challans, and invoices.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Project teams for material planning and replenishment.
  • Ensure proper storage, identification, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
  • Maintain tools and equipment issuance records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards in the store area.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Storekeeper in the Real Estate / Construction industry
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, inventory systems, and documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle or equivalent).
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
