Role Objectives

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Lead and manage the restaurant staff, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.
  • Drive business growth by optimizing operations, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Core Deliverables

  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule staff for smooth shifts.
  • Monitor inventory, stock, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer feedback & escalations professionally.
  • Track daily sales, costs, and performance reports.
  • Implement promotions or offers to increase revenue.

Skills Required

Mandatory:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
  • Problem-solving and customer service mindset

Preferred (Add-on):

  • MS Office (Excel/Word) for reporting
  • Experience with POS systems & restaurant management software

Experience

  • Hands-on: Minimum 2–4 years in hospitality / restaurant operations
  • Total Industry: 3–6 years in customer service, F&B, or hospitality management
  • Prior experience as Assistant Manager / Floor Manager / Restaurant Manager preferred
