
Sales Executive Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Executive to manage 40-50 daily queries related to group flight bookings received via the portal from travel agents. The ideal candidate will act as the key liaison between travel agents and our supply team, facilitating seamless communication, providing timely quotations, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
This role is target-driven and requires strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills to meet monthly sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 40-50 group flight booking inquiries daily raised by travel agents on the portal.
- Coordinate between travel agents and the internal supply team for smooth processing of quotes and bookings.
- Prepare and send accurate flight quotations promptly.
- Convert quotations into confirmed bookings by proactive follow-ups.
- Act as the dedicated point of contact for travel agents for all group booking-related queries, including post-sales support.
- Address and resolve post-sales issues such as changes, cancellations, and other booking modifications.
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, quotations, bookings, communications, and follow-ups.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Communicate clearly and professionally through emails and calls.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and service expectations.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in travel or related industries.
- Excellent coordination and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate skills).
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Experience with travel booking systems or portals is a plus.
