Talent Development Specialist – Onboarding, Career Development, Team Effectiveness

We have an opportunity for a Talent Development Specialist – Onboarding, Career Development, Team Effectiveness to join our Talent Development and Organization Effectiveness team in Bangalore, India, reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Development and Organization Effectiveness. In this role, you will design and deliver onboarding experiences, facilitate career development workshops, and manage our Team Effectiveness tool, Working Genius, for teams in India and across the globe. You will support new hire ramp-up, drive engagement, and partner with global learning champions to deliver consistent, high-quality learning experiences.

Be a Contributor—What You'll Do

  • Design and maintain globally consistent onboarding and new hire orientation aligned with Infoblox standards and culture
  • Facilitate career development and Working Genius sessions (in-person and virtual), managing end-to-end logistics, communications, materials, and follow-up
  • Partner with learning champions, HRBPs, and business leaders to execute and scale global talent programs
  • Curate and maintain learning content, resources, and tools supporting onboarding, career growth, and team effectiveness
  • Track participation, feedback, and impact metrics, using insights to continuously improve learner experience and outcomes
  • Collaborate with global Talent Development and HR teams to align calendars, share best practices, and maintain a cohesive learning portfolio.\

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, talent enablement, or instructional design, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment
  • Experience designing, coordinating, or delivering onboarding, career development, and/or team effectiveness programs
  • Strong facilitation skills with comfort leading in-person and virtual workshops for diverse, cross-functional audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders at multiple levels, from people managers to senior leaders
  • Experience tracking program metrics, analyzing feedback, and using data to refine programs and learner experience
  • Ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, and stakeholder needs with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

First 90 Days : Immerse yourself in Infoblox culture and talent development programs while building strong global partnerships and supporting onboarding, workshops, and learner experiences

Six Months: Own and deliver onboarding, Working Genius, and career development sessions while tracking impact, gathering feedback, and continuously improving content, communication, and delivery

One Year: Serve as a trusted partner for India onboarding and talent programs, leveraging data and feedback to scale best practices globally while contributing to evolving talent development initiatives
