We are looking for a qualified and empathetic Counsellor (Psychology) to support the mental health, personal growth, and academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students on academic, emotional, and personal challenges.
  • Offer psychological support and guidance for stress management, anxiety, relationship issues, and career confusion.
  • Conduct workshops and awareness programs on mental health, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.
  • Identify students needing specialized care and refer to external mental health professionals when necessary.
  • Collaborate with faculty, student affairs, and placement departments to promote a supportive campus environment.
  • Maintain confidential counselling records and follow ethical guidelines and institutional policies.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance student engagement, motivation, and resilience.
  • Support orientation and mentoring programs for new students.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters degree in Psychology / Counsellor Psychology / Clinical Psychology.
  • 38 years of experience in student counselling, mental health support, or educational psychology.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
  • Knowledge of contemporary counselling methods and stress management techniques.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion, patience, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic report documentation.
