    • Hold ability to strategize QA across Implementations, Shared Support and Release Updates.
  • Required Skills:
    • Experience: 10+ years in QA, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce testing.
    • Testing Expertise: Strong proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
    • Salesforce Knowledge: Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Experience, Apex, and Visualforce.
    • Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Katalon, Provar, TestNG, UFT, or similar.
    • Test Strategy: Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
    • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Defect Management: Expertise in managing defect lifecycle and ensuring timely resolution.
    • Team Leadership: Strong ability to mentor, guide, and lead QA teams, driving best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Value Add Skills:
    • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Sales / Service / CPQ / Field Service Consultant or QA-specific certifications.
    • Performance & Security Testing: Exposure to tools and techniques for non-functional testing.
    • Test Management Tools: Experience with JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar platforms.
    • API Testing: Familiarity with tools like Postman, SOAP UI for testing integrations.
    • Training & Enablement: Ability to conduct workshops or training sessions to upskill QA team members.
    • Cross-Platform Testing: Experience testing across mobile, web, and desktop environments.
    • CI/CD Integration: Familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket for continuous testing and deployment.
