Senior Analyst—Bids & Pursuit (International Affairs & Development Specialist) —Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

If you have experience and interest to support the Swiss and EMEA International Affairs & Development (IAD) Industry to join the Growth Team as an "IAD Specialist". This role is crucial to ensure the efficient and professional delivery of our operations around bid management, the broader IAD sector Go-to-market and Community involvement.

Work you will do – Key job responsibilities

• Scanning & Distribution of procurement opportunities: Manage the scanning and distribution of UNGM (United Nations Global Marketplace) for Switzerland and strategic areas of EMEA
• Coaching & Guidance: Offer coaching and guidance to bid teams responding to UN/IAD proposals, and maintain key annexes and PMO artifacts.
• Sub-contracting Matters: Handle sub-contracting issues, IFAs, and QRM.
• Community, Pipeline & Leadership Calls Preparation:

o Lead the preparation of the EMEA IAD Community call in collaboration with the sector Lead (monthly)

o Lead the preparation of the EMEA IAD Leadership call (quarterly)

o Organize EMEA/CH Pipeline calls (frequency TBD)

• Newsletter Management: Produce the EMEA IAD Community Quarterly Newsletter.
• Teams Space Maintenance: Maintain Teams spaces, Quals repository, and operations.
• Chief of Staff Support: Assist the CH/EMEA Chief of Staff with day-to-day tasks.
• Overall professionalization of the EMEA IAD Sector: Contribute to further professionalizing the IAD sector and elevating it to the next level.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

• Multi-stakeholder management skills
• Prioritisation and multitasking ability within a fast-paced, challenging, and deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines and demonstrate adaptability to different working styles and expectations of internal clients and team members
• Flexibility to work as an individual contributor, member of a tag-team, or as part of a broader team
• Ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
• Strong project management skills
• High level of flexibility and adaptability
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Work experience and technical pre-requisites

• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
• High level of proficiency in MS applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience of working with brand guidelines and templates
• Master's degree in Business/Management (preferred)
• High-level knowledge/interest in international organizations and the United Nations
• Excellent command of English, both written and oral
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Coachable with a willingness to learn.
• Highly organized with an eye for detail (at least in theory: Guardian rather than Pioneer)
• Proactive and able to work independently.

The bids and pursuits (IAD) team provides end-to-end support across all stages of procurement and bids. The team works in collaboration with the Swiss stakeholders and account teams to deliver high quality and best-in-class proposals to end clients to leverage Deloitte's brand while delivering outstanding service.
