Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE). The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly. The CRE will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gather feedback, and provide support to enhance customer experience. Responsibilities include effectively managing business relationships, fostering client engagement, and delivering outstanding customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to address customer needs and exceed their expectations is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi)
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in community, property, or customer management is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
