About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organised, approachable, and capable of maintaining a healthy and positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions
- Handle onboarding, documentation, background checks, and induction for new hires
- Track attendance, leaves, and timesheets, and maintain accurate HR records
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations
- Address employee queries, grievances, and conflicts; escalate when required
- Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and compliance documents
- Coordinate payroll inputs, confirmations, and appraisal documentation
- Support daily HR operations and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Good understanding of hiring processes, job portals, and HR tools
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong organisational, documentation, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle employee queries with confidentiality and professionalism
- Comfortable working from office and collaborating with multiple teams
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT recruitment or tech hiring
- Basic understanding of payroll processes
- Experience in event planning or employee engagement activities
- Familiarity with HRMS tools such as Keka, Zoho, etc.
