Role & responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations

  • Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to potential clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals profitably.

4. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM or reports.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports for management.
  • Track and report competitors activities and market developments.

5. Coordination and Teamwork

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
  • Support the Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.

6. Post-Sales Support

  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery and payment.
  • Provide after-sales service and maintain long-term business relationships.
