Site Supervisor- Interior Design

The Site Supervisor – Interior Design (Execution) is responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of interior design projects from start to handover. This role ensures that design concepts are translated into reality while maintaining quality, timelines & budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Coordination
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of interior works as per design specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Interpret design drawings and provide clarifications to site teams for accurate implementation.
- Able to manager labours.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of interior design execution, materials, and finishes.
- Understanding architectural and interior drawings.
- Coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Basic Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and timelines.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any domain.
- 2 years plus of experience in interior design office-coorporate project execution.
- Proven track record of handling site execution and vendor coordination.
