Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced North Indian Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing authentic North Indian dishes and be passionate about maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes such as curries, tandoori items, biryanis, rotis, parathas, etc.
  • Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Ensure consistent taste and quality of all dishes served.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory and assist in ordering ingredients.
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a North Indian Cook or similar role.
  • Knowledge of traditional North Indian spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
