QC Engineer

We are hiring for QC Engineer

Qualification Required : Diploma - Mechanical

Experience Required : 3-5 years

Role & Responsibilities :

• Perform in-process inspections and final product inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Conduct tests on electric motors, including performance, safety, and durability tests, to verify compliance with industry standards
• Work with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time and ensure product specifications are met
• Investigate product defects or process failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components used in motor manufacturing
• Use data analysis tools such as Six Sigma, SPC (Statistical Process Control), or FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) to optimize quality control processes
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO and environmental regulations
• Maintain detailed documentation of inspection results, quality audits, and corrective actions taken
• Prepare reports for senior management on quality performance, trends, and improvement activities

Key Skills Required :

• Proven experience in quality control or quality engineering within the manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools and instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specification
• Knowledge of quality management systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
