Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans outlining timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Resource Management

  • Allocate and manage internal and external resources to meet project demands.
  • Ensure team members have access to the tools, information, and support necessary for success.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and proactively address concerns or issues.

Budget and Cost Control

  • Monitor project expenditures and maintain alignment with approved budgets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and obtain approvals for any budget modifications.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all logistics processes comply with company policies and industry standards.
  • Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold operational excellence.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, meeting summaries, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
