We are looking for a skilled professional with 7 to 12 years of experience to lead our rooms team at Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel's rooms department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and motivate a team of room attendants, front office staff, and other departments to achieve exceptional customer experiences.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
  • Analyze feedback and implement changes to improve overall guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and security in all aspects of the hotel's operations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Experience with CRM software and technology systems is an advantage.
