About the Role:

Pluto7 is seeking a motivated and experienced Cloud DevOps and Security Engineer to join our growing team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our secure and scalable cloud infrastructure. You will be a key player in ensuring the reliability and security of our customer-facing platforms and internal systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices and a passion for cloud security.

Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and manage our CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, release, and deployment of applications.
  • Cloud Security: Implement and enforce security best practices across our cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure), including identity and access management (IAM), network security, and data protection.
  • Automation: Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and other repetitive tasks using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Build and maintain robust monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the health and performance of our systems.
  • Containerization: Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to ensure the smooth and secure delivery of our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or related role.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proven experience with at least one major cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure). Certifications are a plus.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • CI/CD: Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Configuration Management: Experience with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Containerization: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Security: Solid understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
