Overview

Arcolab is hiring a strong Full Stack Developer with deep hands-on experience in React for frontend development and for backend development. AWS experience is mandatory, as the role requires working with cloud-native components, deployments, and integrations. Candidate should also have solid working knowledge of databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance responsive UI screens using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Develop backend logic, APIs, and services using (core Node).
  • Work extensively with AWS services for application hosting, deployment, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams for end-to-end delivery.
  • Handle database queries, basic schema design, and CRUD operations.
  • Implement API integrations, authentication flows, and error handling.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and release cycles.
  • Troubleshoot issues across frontend, backend, and cloud environments.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with React (Hooks, state management, component lifecycle).
  • Deep understanding of (core Node) for backend development.
  • Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+).

  • Mandatory experience with AWS, including:

  • EC2 / Lambda

  • S3
  • API Gateway
  • CloudWatch / Logs

  • Basic IAM concepts

  • Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).

  • Good understanding of REST API design and JSON communication.
  • Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows.

Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to microservices or serverless patterns.
  • Experience with unit testing tools (Jest/Mocha).
