We're looking for an exceptional ML Engineer who is passionate about developing, deploying, and scaling our Pattern Engine, the AI-powered core that identifies critical business insights, events, and anomalies. This role combines hands-on algorithm development with robust engineering operations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and automated excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance advanced machine learning algorithms to detect numeric KPI patterns, event-driven anomalies, and complex industry-specific insights.
  • Operate and continuously improve the automation and quality control pipelines that ensure the ML Pattern Engine runs reliably at scale.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of ML-driven insights into real-time business workflows.
  • Build robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to proactively detect issues, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
  • Conduct detailed performance evaluations and continuously optimise ML models to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirments

  • Experienced ML engineer (4+ years) with proven expertise in algorithm development, deployment, and operational maintenance.
  • Skilled in Python and familiar with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar.
  • Knowledgeable about real-time ML pipelines, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong understanding of numerical and categorical data patterns, anomaly detection, event-driven analytics, and advanced statistical techniques.
  • Passionate about automation, code quality, rigorous testing, and operational excellence.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building vertical-specific analytics solutions in industries like fintech, retail, or travel.
  • Familiarity with handling large-scale real-time data streams and operational analytics platforms.
  • Exposure to sophisticated data storytelling and multi-pattern analytics.
