About the Role

Seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer rigorn the orchestration and evolution of end-to-end Media AI pipeline. This role demands deep expertise in speech/audio AI, scalable ML systems, and agent-based automation. You will build and lead production-grade pipelines that fuse reliability, rapid experimentation, and frontier AI techniques—delivering media workflows at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and evolve Media AI pipeline with agentic orchestration, scalable ML integration, and rapid iteration cycles
  • Build and deploy production-grade ML pipelines with robust automation, testing, and adaptability to dynamic media workflows
  • Prototype and implement multi-agent frameworks, LLM-driven decision engines, and self-optimizing workflows for error handling and quality control
  • Drive continual improvements using prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and metric-driven monitoring
  • Define pipeline-wide standards for quality, fallback mechanisms, and edge-case handling
  • Collaborate with researchers, infra/platform engineers, and product teams to ensure end-to-end reliability
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the pipeline and orchestration team

Technical Expertise

  • 4–7 years of experience in ML/AI engineering
  • Hands-on expertise with Generative AI: LLMs, prompt design, and complex agentic systems
  • Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, or custom DAGs)
  • Proven experience deploying ML pipelines in production at scale, with monitoring, alerts, and debugging of tensor-level issues
  • Familiarity with ASR/TTS/translation models such as Whisper, wav2vec, F5, Coqui TTS, FastSpeech, Bark, Wav2Lip, etc.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes), and scalable inference

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in 0→1 startup phases
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor ML engineers, balancing research rigor with production-grade execution
  • Systems thinker with strong cross-functional coordination (models, infra, inference, QA, product)
  • Passion for staying ahead of the curve in GenAI, LLMs, and ML systems
  • Bonus: Experience working with media/OTT post-production pipelines
