1. Context
Responsible for providing end to end solutions for all stores of Titan in regards to setting up new stores, renovation of existing stores, development and co-ordination with VM team.
2. Job Profile
Working closely with the Franchisee, Retail teams, external agencies like architects, contractors, vendors, laborers etc to deliver a world class retail showroom for our products
To closely monitor and oversee every assigned retail fit out project in the territory
Planning & scheduling of activities required to be undertaken to complete the project within constraints of Costs & Times.
Compliance to Statutory, Safety & other requirements.
Ensuring compliance to specifications with regard to materials, workmanship, finishes etc by the contractors/ franchisees
To serve as a single point of contact for all matters pertaining to the fit-out operations for RND – business development, projects, franchisee, brand, retail operations group and sale and contractor a
3. Key Deliverables
Completion of Projects as per schedule of Costs and Time
Completion of Projects with defined quality, workmanship and finishes
Handing over of completed retail store to the entire satisfaction of Franchisee/ Retail
Documentation & Sharing of experiences and contributing to improvements in project implementation
4. The right person
BE in Civil.
Exposure to interior design and execution for Luxury retail store will be an added advantage
Computer skills MS Office, Auto CADD desirable
Good interpersonal and analytical skills
Willingness to travel
