The Pipeline Manager will serve as a central coordinator between teams, ensuring bottlenecks are addressed, and that all stakeholders are aligned on priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track all projects in the operational pipeline from initiation through final delivery.
  • Monitor project stages, ensuring timely handoffs between departments (sales, design, permitting, scheduling, installation, etc.).
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline reports for leadership visibility.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align priorities and balance resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement standard processes to improve pipeline efficiency and consistency.
  • Serve as the point of contact for pipeline status updates and escalation.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, compliance requirements, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or pipeline management.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with pipeline or project management tools (e.g., Ascent OS, Salesforce, ClickUp, Asana, MS Project).

PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus but not required.
