The Telesales Manager will oversee a team of telesales representatives to ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. This role involves monitoring the team's performance, providing guidance and training, and driving strategies to optimize sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of telesales techniques, and a proven track record in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of tele sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure the team maintains a high level of professionalism and delivers excellent customer service.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Prepare and present reports on team performance, sales metrics, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in tele sales or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong sales skills and knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Location: Hilite Business Park, Calicut

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
