We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled SEO Developer to join our dynamic marketing team. As an SEO Developer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital presence and driving organic traffic to our websites. Your expertise in web development, search engine optimization strategies, and technical acumen will be essential in enhancing our online visibility and rankings on search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SEO Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective SEO strategies that align with the company's goals. Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to improve organic search performance.

2. Technical SEO Optimization: Conduct thorough website audits to identify and resolve technical issues affecting search engine crawling, indexing, and ranking. Optimize website architecture, URL structures, sitemaps, and internal linking for enhanced search engine visibility.

3. Keyword Research and Analysis: Perform comprehensive keyword research to identify high-impact target keywords and phrases. Utilize keyword analysis tools to uncover search trends, search volume, and competition to inform content creation.

4. Mobile SEO Optimization: Ensure that our websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for a seamless user experience on various devices. Implement mobile SEO best practices to capture mobile search traffic effectively.

5. Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks from reputable websites. Monitor and disavow toxic or low-quality backlinks to maintain a healthy link profile.

6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly analyze SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, click-through rates, and conversions. Prepare comprehensive reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

7. Stay Updated with SEO Trends: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Continuously research and implement emerging SEO techniques to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an SEO Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO projects.

• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

• Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with CMS platforms.

• Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.

• Solid understanding of mobile SEO, site speed optimization, and responsive design principles.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw actionable insights from SEO data.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

• Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and industry developments.
