  • Achieving acquisition and deepening value targets
  • Sourcing various liabilities products such as RD, TD MF, LI etc
  • Prepare and ensure implementation of sourcing, activation, implementation, coaching and mentoring plan for BDEs
  • FTR (First Time Right - CASA AOF)
  • Compliance of Regulations and Process Adherence.
