The Role

We're looking for an Art Director
who can set the creative north star for our projects. You'll define the look and feel of everything we produce — from brand identities and campaign themes to the frames our motion artists animate. You'll balance
hands-on craft
with
creative leadership
, making sure every piece aligns with strategy, style, and storytelling.

What You'll Do

  • Own the
    full design lifecycle
    — from concept sketches to polished execution.
  • Develop
    visual identities, themes, and style guides
    for shows, campaigns, and brands.
  • Create
    frames, layouts, and storyboards
    that guide motion artists and editors.
  • Ensure strict
    application of brand guidelines
    , while knowing when to push boundaries.
  • Pitch creative solutions in line with marketing strategies to both
    internal teams and external clients
    .
  • Oversee preparation of
    final files
    that meet brand and output specifications.
  • Lead clients and teammates toward solutions that
    elevate both the work and the business impact
    .
  • Stay curious — exploring new design techniques, tools, and technologies (including AI).

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience
    in art direction, design, or creative leadership.
  • A portfolio showing
    identity design, campaign visuals, storyboards, and frames
    across digital (and some print).
  • Strong command of
    Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    motion graphics, video, and typography in motion
    .
  • Ability to take projects from
    strategic thinking → creative concepts → final execution
    .
  • Proven success collaborating with
    cross-functional and multicultural teams
    .
  • A
    collaborative yet assertive mindset
    — able to lead creatively and inspire others.
  • Curiosity and openness to
    AI tools
    and new creative technologies.

Nice-to-haves (big plus points):

  • Experience designing for
    integrated campaigns
    (digital + print).
  • Illustration skills.
  • Familiarity with Figma/Sketch.
  • Blender or 3D design knowledge.
  • Gen AI Skills
