Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML, DCL) and complex query writing (joins, subqueries etc)

  • Experience testing on RDBMS such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL

  • Knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and data validation techniques

  • Familiarity with database design concepts (schemas, keys, normalization)

  • Exposure to automation of database testing using tools like Python, Selenium + DB libraries or SQL automation frameworks (optional but preferred)

  • Understanding of performance testing at the database level (indexing, query optimization).

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience in test case design, defect tracking and reporting defects and Daily status

  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and effective stakeholder communication

Good to Have:

  • Automation testing using Selenium Java/Python framework
