Job Description

We are hiring Technical Support Engineers for a leading global IT giant (Microsoft process). Ideal for fresh engineering graduates with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft products such as:

  • Windows OS

  • Microsoft 365 (O365)
  • Outlook & Email troubleshooting
  • Basic networking

  • Microsoft applications

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues raised by users.

  • Guide customers step-by-step through technical resolutions.
  • Document and update cases in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure SLA adherence and deliver high-quality support.
  • Communicate effectively with global customers (written & verbal).

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of:

  • Windows OS

  • Microsoft Office / O365
  • Outlook configurations

  • Basic hardware & software troubleshooting

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Willingness to work in US night shifts.
  • Customer-first attitude with strong problem-solving ability.
