About the job

Equidor Medtech is hiring a Technical Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to provide world-class customer support for our medical devices and software solutions. The role involves remote troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and customer training, ensuring smooth operation and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostic evaluations of customer systems and Equidor devices/software.
  • Resolve technical issues via TeamViewer/AnyDesk and provide timely solutions.
  • Support remote installations, updates, and maintenance of products.
  • Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in the support system.
  • Provide customer training sessions and product usage guidance when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support (medical device industry background is a plus).
  • Strong skills in Windows 10/11 OS, MS Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software & hardware issues with TeamViewer/AnyDesk remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi etc.,.
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering, Biomedical, IT, or related field.
