Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to manage and grow channel sales for our building material products, including glassage and hardware. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners and a proven track record in achieving sales targets within the building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand channel sales network including dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Drive sales of glassage and hardware products in the assigned territory
- Appoint new channel partners and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Conduct market visits to generate leads and increase product visibility
- Ensure proper product placement and availability at dealer points
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
- Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of channel partner satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1 to 6 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in building materials
- Experience selling glassage, hardware, sanitaryware, plywood, tiles, or similar products
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus
