Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer located in Silvassa. The tasks include designing mechanical systems, ensuring equipment performance, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues, and maintaining compliance with quality standards in manufacturing. The Mechanical Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and support quality control. Additionally, the role involves ensuring efficient resource usage and adherence to safety protocols in daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in mechanical design and engineering fundamentals, including CAD software and technical drawing interpretation
  • Experience in troubleshooting mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and resolving technical issues
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, resource optimization, and process optimization methodologies
  • Knowledge of quality standards and best practices, including ISO and GMP certifications
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or manufacturing sector, though not mandatory, would be an asset
