Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with international clients, including research scholars, students, and professionals, to understand their academic writing and publication requirements. Provide counseling and guidance on thesis/dissertation writing services, publication avenues, and research support. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of research methodologies, plagiarism norms, academic integrity, and publication guidelines.

Convert leads into business opportunities through effective communication and solution-oriented counseling. Manage the complete sales process, from inquiry handling to conversion, documentation, and project initiation. Maintain accurate CRM entries and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. RequirementsMaster's degree in any discipline (regular mode only; distance education not accepted).1–5 years of experience in thesis/dissertation sales, academic publication sales, or education counseling, preferably with international clients. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities. Proficiency in using CRM tools, email communication, and virtual meeting platforms. Ability to work independently and meet targets within stipulated deadlines.

Willingness to work the 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM IST shift to cater to global markets. Preferred BackgroundExperience with companies specializing in thesis/dissertation writing services. Background in academic publishing houses or EdTech platforms (e.g., Chanakya Research, HIGS International, Turnitin, ProQuest, Elsevier, Springer, Coursera, UpGrad).
