Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales & Software Presentation
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers.Prepare and deliver case studies showcasing benefits of casting simulation (sand casting & pressure die-casting).Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and position the software accordingly.Support in preparing technical proposals, proof-of-concept (POC) simulations, and ROI presentations.

2. Customer Support & Training
Provide technical support to existing customers on casting simulation software usage.Assist in troubleshooting simulation models, solver issues, and result interpretation.Conduct customer training sessions (onsite/online) for engineers and foundry teams.Document and resolve support tickets within agreed timelines.

3. Application Engineering
Work with customers to simulate sand casting and pressure die-casting processes.Help optimize gating, riser design, and process parameters using simulation results.Provide feedback and technical insight to improve customers' casting yield and quality.Create technical reports and recommendations based on simulation outputs.

4. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
Act as a bridge between customers and product development team by providing feedback.Stay updated with latest advancements in casting technologies and simulation tools.Contribute to internal knowledge base, application notes, and training material.Support marketing team with technical content for webinars, seminars, and white papers.

5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, demos, and support activities.Prepare periodic reports on customer engagement, technical challenges, and resolutions.Track competitor tools and provide insights for business development.

Required Background
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production Engineering.Experience: 2–4 years in sand casting or pressure die-casting component development.Hands-on exposure to foundry processes, tooling, and casting quality improvement.Working knowledge of any casting simulation software (e.g., MAGMA, ProCAST, ADSTEFAN, AnyCasting, Flow-3D) will be an advantage.Strong communication & presentation skills (customer-facing role).Analytical mindset with problem-solving attitude.
