Job Title: Cashier / Customer Transactions Executive

Education: Graduate

Experience: Previous experience as a cashier preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle financial transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Manage cash register operations including billing, receipts, and reconciliations.
  • Process banking transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve queries.
  • Organize and prioritize daily work to meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
  • Prior experience in cashiering or customer transaction roles.
  • Knowledge of banking processes and cash register operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel for reporting and documentation.
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
