Flax is a health-focused cloud kitchen brand offering nutritious, great-tasting meals including bowls, salads, wraps, sandwiches, and guilt-free desserts. All food is prepared at our central kitchen and distributed to outlets and corporate clients.

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Nutritionist to manage meal subscriptions, support corporate wellness orders, and ensure all menus align with Flax's nutrition philosophy and brand promise.

Key ResponsibilitiesMeal Subscription Management

Design and manage weekly/monthly subscription meal plans (weight loss, diabetic-friendly, high-protein, balanced diets, etc.)

  • Customize meal plans based on client preferences, allergies, and goals
  • Coordinate with the central kitchen team for menu execution and portion control
  • Track customer feedback and improve plans for retention

Corporate Orders & Wellness Programs

  • Handle corporate meal subscriptions and bulk orders
  • Create nutrition-approved menus for offices, events, and wellness programs
  • Support sales/business team with nutrition inputs for pitches and proposals
  • Conduct basic nutrition consultations or presentations if required

Brand & Compliance Support

  • Ensure all menus meet nutritional standards and brand guidelines
  • Create nutrition data (calories, macros) for menus and marketing use
  • Review new product ideas from a nutrition standpoint
  • Support marketing with content ideas (meal benefits, diet education, FAQs)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Nutrition / Dietetics
  • 1–3 years experience (health food brand, cloud kitchen, QSR, or wellness preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Indian diets and lifestyle nutrition
  • Comfortable working with operations, sales, and marketing teams
  • Good communication and client-handling skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹37,000.00 per month
