Job Description (Posting).

Preferred relevant work experience minimum 5 to 8 years
Must have experience with Cisco Routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP)
Must have experience with Cisco switching (Cisco enterprise switching and Nexus 7K/5K/2K platforms)
Preferred working experience on products - ISR, ASR, Wireless controller, NXOS
Experience supporting both wired and wireless network solutions.
Must have good knowledge of Ticket and Incident management.
Analyze and isolate issues.
Follow escalation procedures and escalate as per the process
Participate in on-call support

Brining new ideas and innovation for process development and overall organizational progress. (2.) Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning (3.) Individual should have ability to provide solutions commensurate with the customers needs within the ambit of the given environment so as to lead to business results. (4.) Supervise and coach Team Leaders, Managers on weekly basis (5.) Understand client requirements and accountable in ensuring support team is meeting client expectations
