  • Provide excellent customer experience and quick query resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Masters preferred).
  • 1–3 years' experience in counselling, sales, or customer service (Education/EdTech preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Confident, customer-focused, and result-driven.
