Sales and Marketing Manager

Experience: 5-7 years (Min.3 year in Solar PV EPC)
Education: B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical/Mechanical) | PG in Marketing/Finance preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Order Acquisition: Secure large-scale project bookings for Solar EPC solutions in the assigned region.
Business Development: Actively generate and convert leads into proposals for renewable projects.
Proposal Management: Prepare high-quality Techno-commercial Proposals and DPRs; coordinate complex bidding processes with internal teams (Engineering, Operations) and external partners.
4.Client Relations: Conduct client meetings, build strong relationships, and support necessary regulatory/AHJ liaison.
5.Market Strategy: Monitor competitor strategies, benchmark pricing, and analyze regulatory frameworks to inform company strategy.
6.Strategic Growth: Explore and establish joint ventures and strategic tie-ups (local/international)
Essential Requirements:
1.Proven track record in sales.
2.Willingness to travel frequently to close deals and develop client relationships.
3.Strong experience coordinating projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
4.Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills.
5.Proficiency in MS Office; assertive and effective Decision-Making skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
