Job Title: Senior Telecaller – Interiors Industry

Department: Sales / Customer Relations

Location: Banajara Hills

_Job Summary_:

The Telecaller will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and promoting interior design & modular services. The role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the design/sales team, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the customer journey.

_Key Responsibilities_

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain interior design, modular kitchen, and renovation services.

Handle inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and offer appropriate solutions.

Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for site visits or meetings with the design team.

Maintain and update customer databases (CRM) with accurate details.

Follow up regularly with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.

Provide basic information about services, pricing ranges, and timelines.

Coordinate with the sales/design team to ensure timely follow-ups and closure.

Maintain good customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language (optional).

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Good listening abilities and customer-handling skills.

Basic understanding of interior design services (training can be provided).

Ability to work with CRM tools, call logs, and lead-tracking systems.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

_Qualifications_

12th Pass / Any Graduate.

Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (interiors or related experience mandatory).

Work Environment

Office-based.

Timings: 10-7

Incentives available based on performance and conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹32,048.61 per month
