Role and Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a skilled Chartered Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of our clients, including MIS, receivables and payables, budgeting, and cash flow management. Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring receivables and preparing site-wise profit and loss accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Conducting CTC analysis of contracts and making forecasts to assist in business planning and decision-making.
  • Preparing daily funds flow statements for the Project Head.
  • Compiling monthly MIS reports for management.
  • Scrutinizing receivables and payables.
  • Supporting leadership through business partnering by providing metrics, problem resolution, and reporting process performance.
  • Handling direct and indirect taxations, including reconciliations, filing of IT TDS/TCS returns, and ensuring compliance with GST Act.
  • Approving contractor bills, coordinating with the Contract Team for clearing bills and ad hoc advances.
  • Assisting the Accounts Payable team in understanding GST nature and resolving cases of unavailable ITC, ensuring accurate billing process.
  • Providing support to internal and external audits, conducting internal audits of transactions when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with RERA and PF regulations.
  • Preparing data for regulatory reports, such as cost audit, tax audit, transfer pricing audit, and more.
  • Independently handling balance sheet finalization.
Candidate Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess:
  • A Chartered Accountant qualification with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in the corporate sector.
