About the Role:

We are looking for a
Chartered Accountant (Fresher)
to join our
Internal Audit
team. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to internal audit processes, risk management, and internal controls across diverse business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits.
  • Evaluate internal controls, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
  • Perform risk assessments and test internal control systems for effectiveness.
  • Prepare audit work papers and ensure proper documentation of findings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Support the implementation of audit recommendations and track remediation progress.
  • Stay updated on accounting standards, audit practices, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – 2024 batch or recent pass-outs preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and internal controls.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive learning attitude.
