Key Responsibilities:Manage procurement of raw materials for construction projects including cement, steel, aggregates, sand, electrical, plumbing, and finishing items. Identify, evaluate, and finalize suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery parameters. Prepare and process comparative statements and approval notes for purchase decisions.

Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders through ERP/SAP/SAM-MM and maintain accurate procurement records. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (engineering, project, and site teams) to ensure material availability as per project timelines.

Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. Ensure adherence to company's procurement policies, compliance standards, and budget controls. Maintain and update pricing data, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.

Support in resolving supply chain issues and participate in audits, reviews, and process improvements. Handle any other duties related to procurement as assigned by management. Requirements:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 4–6 years of experience in construction procurement.

Sound knowledge of construction materials and specifications. Proficiency in procurement tools including SAM-MM (mandatory), ERP/SAP, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and meet project deadlines under pressure.
