Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Sales will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales activities, from handling customer inquiries and site visits to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding. The role requires strong communication, customer engagement, coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to support business growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Manage sales closures, including post–site visit follow-ups and negotiation calls with potential clients.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.
· Handle customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition of post-sales.
· Attend to walk-in customers and provide complete project information.
· Participate in events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
· Prepare cash flow reports for the CRM team and support sales data management.
· Coordinate with internal departments for project-related updates and smooth workflow.
· Prepare revenue reports and assist in sales forecasting.
· Contact existing customers regarding upcoming events and identify new sales opportunities.
Skills & Attributes
· Strong proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Excellent communication skills
(verbal and written).
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical mindset with strong reporting capabilities.
· Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building ability.
· Good presentation skills and confidence in addressing clients and groups.
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a positive attitude.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
· Hands-on experience with
Zoho CRM
or similar CRM tools.
