About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic
Marketing & Social Media Intern/Fresher
who can take ownership of marketing initiatives for Studio Dezu and some of our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, proactive, and eager to learn while managing responsibilities across two exciting brands.

What you'll work on:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage
    social media content
    (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) for Studio Dezu and clients.
  • Assist in
    content creation
    – posts, reels, stories, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Conduct
    market research
    and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support
    paid ad campaigns
    (Meta/Google Ads) by coordinating with external partners/agencies.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the design team for creatives and ensure timely delivery.
  • Brainstorm fresh ideas for
    brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth
    .
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure consistency in brand voice.

Who we are looking for:

  • Fresher/Intern with a background in
    Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field
    .
  • Passion for social media, branding, and storytelling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to
    think creatively and execute quickly
    .
  • Basic knowledge of tools like
    Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar
    (training will be provided if required).
  • Interest in e-commerce, design, and lifestyle brands.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

Compensation & Perks:

  • Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on skills).
  • Internship Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of full-time conversion.
  • Full time salary: 3-4LPA excluding incentives
  • Flexible hybrid setup (work from anywhere, but expect some collab time).
  • Free brainstorming sessions that feel like stand-up comedy sometimes.
