Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Social Media Marketing professional to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The candidate will play a key role in executing social media strategies to enhance Huemn's online presence and engage with our target audience effectively. This role is ideally suited for someone with experience in content marketing and social media advertising.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in content marketing and developing engaging content for various online platforms. (Mandatory skill)
  • Social media advertising experience, including campaign setup and management on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp for creating effective email marketing campaigns. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising techniques that effectively drive traffic and conversions.
  • Competency in using Google Ads for enhancing online visibility and campaign success.
  • Ability to utilize data analysis and reporting tools to measure and report the success of marketing efforts.
  • Understanding of social media trends and the ability to incorporate them into marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive and informative marketing messages.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote Huemn's products and enhance brand awareness.
  • Create, schedule, and manage compelling content across social media channels to engage the target audience.
  • Monitor social media platforms to track conversations and respond to inquiries and comments.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Conduct research on industry and competitor trends to continuously innovate and improve social media strategies.
  • Support the marketing team in other initiatives to increase reach and engagement with the target audience.
