Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design clean, user-friendly experiences for our CRM, onboarding, and FinTech products.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to translate business needs into intuitive designs.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly.
  • Solve UX challenges around usability, responsiveness, and user engagement.
  • Ensure design consistency across modules using our design system.
  • Participate in design reviews and improve based on feedback and user insights.
  • Support handoff to developers with clear specs and interaction details.
  • Stay updated on UX trends and best practices relevant to SaaS and FinTech platforms.

What we are looking for:

Must-Have Skills:

  • 4-5 years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design for web-based applications or SaaS platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
  • Solid understanding of user psychology, interaction design principles, and information architecture.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, UXPin, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq.
  • Experience in converting business requirements into user-centric designs.
  • Good knowledge of responsive design, usability standards, and accessibility best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering clean, intuitive user experiences.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in the FinTech or enterprise SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with design systems and agile development workflows.
  • Exposure to user research, A/B testing, or usability testing.
