Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the UX strategy aligned with business goals and user needs.
  • Lead end-to-end design processes for high-impact initiatives, from discovery to delivery.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver cohesive and scalable solutions.
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices.
  • Influence product roadmaps through data-driven insights and design thinking.
  • Present design concepts and strategies to senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-powered design tools to improve team efficiency and output quality
  • Mentor designers on effective AI tool usage while maintaining design quality and originality

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal role.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing strategic thinking and design leadership.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise or SaaS product design.
  • Background in user research or service design.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  • Thought leadership through talks, articles, or community involvement.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies that enhance the design process.
